These Terms and Conditions apply to the booking of and participation in workshops, courses, private sessions, events, online courses, and other services offered by Trust’n’Move.

Additional or deviating conditions may apply to individual offers if they are clearly communicated before booking.

1. Booking and Payment

Registration may be completed via the website, an online form, a booking platform, by email, or through any other booking method offered by Trust’n’Move.

A registration becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Trust’n’Move. For paid offers, a place is generally reserved only after full payment of the stated price, unless otherwise agreed.

Places are generally allocated in the order in which registrations are received.

The prices and payment conditions stated at the time of booking apply.

For donation-based events, participants may choose their contribution within the stated or recommended range.

Participants are responsible for providing correct and complete contact and payment details when registering.

2. Participation Requirements and Personal Responsibility

AcroYoga and partner acrobatics are physical activities in which injuries and accidents cannot be completely ruled out, even when careful instruction, spotting, and safety measures are provided.

Participation therefore takes place at the participant’s own responsibility. Participants must realistically assess their physical and mental abilities and only perform exercises in which they feel sufficiently safe.

Existing injuries, pregnancy, health conditions, or any other circumstances that may be relevant to safe participation must be disclosed to the instructors before the event begins.

In case of doubt, medical advice should be obtained before participating.

Participants may refuse or stop any exercise at any time without giving a reason.

Instructions from the instructors, as well as rules concerning spotting, safety, and exercise setup, must be followed. Exercises or movements that have not been approved may not be performed independently during guided classes.

Participants are expected to treat one another respectfully. Physical contact may only take place with the consent of all persons involved. Personal boundaries and any verbal or non-verbal “no” must be respected at all times.

Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs reaction, perception, or decision-making is not permitted.

Trust’n’Move may exclude individuals from specific exercises or from further participation if this is necessary for safety reasons or if they repeatedly disregard instructions, personal boundaries, or basic conduct rules.

Persons under the age of 18 may participate only with the prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, unless the relevant offer is expressly intended for adults only.

3. Cancellation by Participants

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or through the booking system used.

The relevant time is the time at which the cancellation is received by Trust’n’Move.

Unless different conditions are stated for a specific offer, the following cancellation rules apply:

Single Classes and Private Sessions:

- Up to 24 hours before the start: free cancellation

- Less than 24 hours before the start or in case of non-attendance: no refund

Workshops, Course Series, and Events:

- Up to seven calendar days before the start: full refund

- Less than seven days but at least 48 hours before the start: 50% refund

- Less than 48 hours before the start or in case of non-attendance: no refund

For course series, there is generally no entitlement to a refund or replacement session for individual missed classes.

A booked place may be transferred to another suitable person free of charge after Trust’n’Move has been informed in advance. The replacement participant must meet any participation requirements stated for the relevant offer.

In the event of illness or injury, Trust’n’Move may offer a transfer or credit upon presentation of a medical certificate. There is no automatic entitlement to this unless a statutory right applies.

No Right of Withdrawal for Date-Specific Leisure Services:

For contracts concerning services related to leisure activities, there is no statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Section 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act if the service is scheduled for a specific date or period.

This applies in particular to online bookings for workshops, courses, retreats, and events that take place on a fixed date or within a fixed period.

Any other mandatory statutory rights of participants remain unaffected.

4. Refunds

Refunds are generally issued in accordance with the applicable cancellation rules and through the same payment method used for the booking.

Refunds are processed within a reasonable period, generally no later than 14 days after the refund entitlement has been confirmed.

There is generally no entitlement to a full or partial refund in the event of non-attendance, late arrival, early departure, or voluntary discontinuation of an event.

Statutory refund and warranty rights remain unaffected.

5. Cancellation or Changes by Trust’n’Move

Trust’n’Move may cancel or postpone events in particular for the following reasons:

- Illness or unavailability of an instructor

- Failure to reach the required minimum number of participants

- Unavailability or unsuitability of the venue

- Unsuitable weather conditions for outdoor events

- Official or governmental requirements

- Safety risks

- Other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of Trust’n’Move

In the event of a complete cancellation, participants may choose between transferring their booking to an offered replacement date or receiving a refund of the participation fee already paid.

Participants will be informed as early as possible of any significant changes to the date or venue.

If participation is no longer reasonable due to a significant change, the booking may be cancelled free of charge.

Trust’n’Move may replace instructors or make minor changes to the schedule and content, provided that the nature, quality, and overall scope of the offer are not materially changed.

Travel, accommodation, and other personal expenses are reimbursed only where Trust’n’Move is legally required to do so.

Participants are advised to choose cancellable travel and accommodation options.

6. Liability and Inherent Risks

Participation in Trust’n’Move offers takes place at the participant’s own responsibility.

Participants acknowledge that AcroYoga, partner acrobatics, and comparable physical activities involve risks of falling, injury, and accidents, even when careful instruction, spotting, and safety measures are provided.

Such risks may arise even where instructors, spotters, and other persons involved act carefully and no one is at fault.

Participants are responsible in particular for:

- Realistically assessing their physical and mental limits

- Disclosing known injuries and health conditions

- Following safety instructions and spotting rules

- Refusing or stopping exercises when they do not feel safe

- Not performing exercises independently if they have not been approved or instructed

- Not endangering other participants through uncontrolled or risky behaviour

To the extent permitted by law, Trust’n’Move accepts no liability for injuries or damage resulting from inherent risks of the activity, incorrect self-assessment, failure to disclose relevant health conditions, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Trust’n’Move is liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings only where the damage was culpably caused by Trust’n’Move or a person attributable to it.

Valuables and personal belongings should not be left unattended at the venue.

7. Photo and Video Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be made during individual events for documentation and public-relations purposes of Trust’n’Move.

Recordings in which participants are identifiable will generally be published only with separate consent or on another legally permissible basis.

Consent to photo and video recordings is voluntary and is not a condition of participation.

Anyone who does not wish to be recorded may communicate this before the event or at any time during the event.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of any use made before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

Participants may create and publish their own photo or video recordings only if all identifiable persons have agreed.

The privacy and image rights of other participants must be respected at all times.

8. Giveaway / Prize Draw Terms

From time to time, Trust’n’Move may organise free giveaways or prize draws. Additional details such as the prize, participation period, and entry mechanics will be communicated on the relevant signup page, email, or social media post.

For the Acro Church giveaway, Trust’n’Move is the organiser of the giveaway. Acro Church Kraftfeld e.V. provides the prize but is not responsible for the organisation, administration, or selection of the winner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The prize is one ticket provided by Acro Church Kraftfeld e.V. The winner may choose either:

- one ticket for Standing Acro SkillsLab, 24.09.–27.09.2026

- or one ticket for one week of CoCo – Coworking Cotraining, either 28.09.–04.10.2026 or 05.10.–11.10.2026

The ticket is transferable. Accommodation is included, depending on what accommodation is still available at the time of booking. Travel costs, additional personal expenses, and any other costs not expressly mentioned are not included. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.

The giveaway runs from 08.07.2026 12:00 until 17.07.2026. Entries received after the end of the participation period will not be considered.

Participation is open to persons aged 18 or older, unless participation is prohibited by applicable local law.

A person receives one entry by signing up to the Trust’n’Move newsletter and confirming the signup where confirmation is required. Existing confirmed newsletter subscribers may also participate.

Additional entries may be collected as follows:

- up to 3 additional entries for successful referrals, where a new person signs up, confirms their email address where required, and enters the referring person’s name or Instagram handle in the “Who referred you?” field

- 1 additional entry for sharing the giveaway in an Instagram Story and tagging both @trustnmove and @acrochurch_kraftfeld

The maximum number of entries per person is 5.

Trust’n’Move reserves the right to exclude entries that appear to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, incomplete, or otherwise manipulative. This includes, but is not limited to, fake email addresses, repeated self-referrals, or attempts to create entries through non-genuine signups.

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries after the end of the giveaway period. The winner will be contacted by email or Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, Trust’n’Move may select another winner.

By participating, participants agree that their submitted data may be processed for the purpose of running the giveaway, verifying entries, contacting the winner, and sending the Acro Festival List and related Trust’n’Move updates where consent has been given. Further information is available in the Privacy Policy.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta. Participants release Instagram, Facebook, and Meta from any responsibility in connection with this giveaway.

Trust’n’Move reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if this becomes necessary for technical, legal, organisational, or other important reasons. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

Final Provisions

The Privacy Policy of Trust’n’Move applies in addition to these Terms and Conditions.

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Mandatory consumer rights and statutory places of jurisdiction remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes wholly or partially invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.

The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of any invalid provision.

The version of these Terms and Conditions made available at the time the contract was concluded applies to the respective booking.
